We offer three convenient methods for ordering:
PASTIFICIO! Only ships within the 50 United States. We do not ship to U.S. territories or to other countries. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. For gift baskets to Alaska or Hawaii, shipment must be by Next Day Delivery.
Orders will be processed and shipped, per your instructions, Tuesday through Thursday, excluding holidays. If PASTIFICIO! receives your order by 12 Noon CST we will ship your order on the same business day. Otherwise, we will ship your order on the next business day (Tuesday through Thursday, excluding holidays). Holiday orders must be placed by December 10, as there will be no shipping after December 15.
If you are unsure of any part of the delivery address, we encourage you to verify the address with the recipient before you place your order. If you or the carrier request a corrected or more complete address after we ship your products, there is a $15.00 surcharge. Please avoid this fee by providing an accurate and complete address when you place your order. If the carrier returns your order to us as undeliverable, you then have the option of re-shipping the same order to a new address and paying a new shipping charge or receiving a credit for 50% of the price of the food order. The shipping charges are non-refundable.
For Saturday Delivery please add an additional $28.95 per recipient. Orders will ship on Friday only for Saturday delivery. Must ship to a residence or to a business open on Saturdays.

An additional handling fee of $4.95 per parcel should be added to your order.

Tracking Your Order
You may track the progress and delivery of your gift with FedEx.com. The Shipping Confirmation that we provide to you after your order is shipped contains your FedEx Airbill Number. Why do you only ship via Fed Ex Air methods?
We at PASTIFICIO! want your gift to arrive looking as wonderful as when it left our store. We have found that ground methods are handled quite a few times before delivery. It is important for gift baskets to be handled with extra care to ensure safe arrival of the gift. We also want to ensure your food items arrive quickly during extremely warm and cold months and they do not have the opportunity to remain in hot or cold delivery trucks or warehouses for any long period of time.
Why can't you ship to an APO/FPO address?
We have found there is no way to track delivery of packages to APO/FPO addresses or guarantee arrival of the packages to their intended recipient overseas. You are welcome to have an item shipped directly to you and then personally forward it on to its final destination.
Can you ship my gifts overseas?
At this time, we do not ship internationally at all due to stricter customs regulations and the prohibitive cost. This includes shipments to Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. You are welcome to have an item shipped directly to you and then personally forward it on to its final destination.
Why is a $15 fee assessed if my package needs an address change?
Fed Ex makes every attempt possible to get all packages delivered in a timely manner and will attempt on their own to locate a corrected address for a recipient, whether it is a missing apartment or suite number, different zip code or entirely new address. They usually will not contact us unless they are unable to obtain the correct information on their own or the recipient is not at the intended address. For ANY large or small address correction, Fed Ex will automatically charge us $15 to make this correction. If we find that it was our fault in sending to the wrong address, we will not pass this charge on to you.
